What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), the business data you enter (jobs, estimates, customers, expenses, timesheets), and data from services you choose to connect.
Connected services
With QuickBooks Online we access customers, items, invoices and payment status to sync your billing. With Microsoft 365 we send email you initiate and, if enabled, scan your mailbox for supplier bills. With Stripe we create payment links and receive payment status. Access tokens are encrypted and never shown in your browser.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve BurrellWorx for your company. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the services you connect and the providers that host and run BurrellWorx, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Security
Each company's data is isolated, connections are encrypted, and two-step sign-in is available and can be required.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting a service from Settings → Integrations deletes its stored tokens. You can ask us to delete your company's data at any time.
