End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement
By creating an account or connecting a third-party service to BurrellWorx, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
2. License
BurrellWorx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your business during an active trial or paid subscription. You may not resell, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
3. Accounts and seats
Subscriptions are billed per user seat. You are responsible for the people you invite, keeping sign-in details secure, and the accuracy of the information you enter.
4. Connected services
BurrellWorx can connect to QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 and Stripe at your direction. When connected, BurrellWorx reads and writes only the data needed for the features you use (for example customers, invoices and payment status). You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
5. Your data
You own your business data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party processors. BurrellWorx is not a bank and is not responsible for processor decisions, holds or chargebacks.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." Estimates, profit figures and accounting syncs are tools to help you; you remain responsible for your pricing, taxes and books.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, BurrellWorx's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your license ends and connected services are disconnected.
