Rough and final milestone billing
Bill new construction in stages (70/30 by default, or your own milestones) with an optional deposit. Change orders roll into the next invoice.
Equipment and material costs
Distributor invoices are scanned from Outlook or uploaded and matched to jobs, so equipment and material costs show up against the estimate.
Crew hours and real profit
Crews log hours by job; approved hours count as labor cost. Compare estimated profit with actual profit while the job is still open.
Payments and QuickBooks
Send branded invoices with a card or ACH pay link through Stripe or QuickBooks Payments, and sync draws to QuickBooks Online.
